New Construction

Mike and Sachi have a long and successful track record of  selling new construction here in the beach cities.  This is an outgrowth of their hugely popular no-commission lot sale program, where they help property owners sell their lots and teardowns to builders for top dollar.

Over the years, we've represented developers in Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beach in the sale of almost $125,000,000 of new construction.  In addition, we've represented home buyers in the purchase of $40,000,000 of new homes.

We are currently offering two new construction projects at 316 27th Street, pictured to the right, and 461 27th Street, both single family homes located in the highly desirable beach-close Sand section of Manhattan Beach.  Both homes reflect the modern aesthetic of coastal contemporary as envisioned by Steve Lazar's stunning ocean-view  design for 316 27th Street and Jon Starr's sleek design for 461 27th (pictured below). 

Our most recent new construction closed sales are located at 605 29th Street in the Manhattan Beach Tree section, and 217 28th Street in the Sand section of Hermosa Beach.  Both homes were sold prior to completion. 

Earlier in 2017, we also sold new single family homes designed by Doug Leach at 535 Hollowell Avenue in East Hermosa Beach and 1400 21st Street, Manhattan Beach, the latter a contemporary take on a modern farmhouse complete with a mudroom and an office with a sliding 'barn door' entry (pictured below).

We also recently sold a lot at 2101 Elm Avenue in the Manhattan Beach Tree section to a developer (again, utilizing our no-commission lot sale program) which will debut next year as a brand new 5-bedroom, Mark Trotter-designed Cape Cod.
