Mike and Sachi have a long and successful track record of selling new construction here in the beach cities. This is an outgrowth of their hugely popular no-commission lot sale program, where they help property owners sell their lots and teardowns to builders for top dollar.
Over the years, we've represented developers in Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beach in the sale of almost $125,000,000 of new construction. In addition, we've represented home buyers in the purchase of $40,000,000 of new homes.

Our most recent new construction closed sales are six new townhomes constructed by local builder Dennis Cleland at 1819-1827 11th Street in East Manhattan. You can see these homes in our recent sales under the Our Homes tab.
Earlier in 2017, we also sold new single family homes designed by Doug Leach at 535 Hollowell Avenue in East Hermosa Beach and 1400 21st Street, Manhattan Beach, the latter a contemporary take on a modern farmhouse complete with a mudroom and an office with a sliding 'barn door' entry (pictured below).
