We just recently closed escrow on our brand new construction listing at 461 27th Street in the Manhattan Beach Sand section (pictured above). This magnificent coastal contemporary home was designed by noted architect Jon Starr for the developer as his personal residence (as the many amenities and high-end finishes will attest). Sale price was $3,295,000.
We also opened escrow on our new construction listing in the Manhattan Beach Tree section at 2101 Elm Avenue, pictured below (this is the architect's rendering as the home is still under construction). This home, designed by Mark Trotter and realized by master builder Fluent Homes, Inc, is being constructed in the style of a modern farmhouse. The brand new 5-bedroom, 4½-bath home will be roughly 3,116 sq.ft. in size when it is completed in July. The lucky buyer got in ahead of the home before it went on the market and paid over the list price of $3,299,000.
Finally, we sold two teardowns on adjoining East Manhattan lots (each lot 6,500 sqft) at 1823 11th and 1827 11th Street to noted local developer Dennis Cleland. He will be constructing 6 new townhomes on the two lots in a warm contemporary style, as envisioned by Howard Crabtree, architect and CEO of Hermosa's 912 Architecture.
