Over the years, we've represented developers in Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beach in the sale of almost $125,000,000 of new construction. In addition, we've represented home buyers in the purchase of $40,000,000 of new homes.
Our most recent new construction closed sale is located at 605 29th Street, Manhattan Beach. We also have another new construction in escrow at 217 28th Street, Hermosa Beach, a new construction at 461 27th Street, Manhattan Beach that is currently on the market and another new home, 316 27th Street, Manhattan Beach, that will be coming to market by the end of the year.
We also recently sold a lot at 2101 Elm Avenue in the Manhattan Beach Tree section to a developer (again, utilizing our no-commission lot sale program) which will debut next year as a brand new 5-bedroom, Mark Trotter-designed Cape Cod.
